Hiring a working in your company have many things to consider not only the background check but also their past performance where they are working. When I was working in the college as a dormitory dean there are many administrators who trying to know who really I am and what’s my past work experiences. Well, I pass all of it since the Dean of Student affairs, his secretary, the school accountant, my former supervisor recommended me for that job. They taught that I am very capable of the position that i have. But it was a hard job and after serving few years they told me that if ever I need people to recommend me for a job I can contact them anytime. This background checks for employment is really necessary specially if the job they are applying is very important. I know how hard to find a very good worker but everybody should have a background check if you apply for a job.
